You couldn't ask for a better realtor, I bought my house from Patty, and later in life, I contacted her to sell my home, very knowledgeable of the market and cost. And a great sense of humor, all around great experience to have Patty working for me, again couldn't ask for a better realtor and a great lady.

Patty was great to work with, she was very dependable and loyal. Patty knows the real estate business and will be very honest answering your concerns. Our Selling and Buying was a difficult process and Patty was a real Trooper all the way!! She has a great personality and real easy to talk to ,she showed us many houses. We asked to see a house and she showed us. I would recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.

Full explanation of the selling process, her expectations of the market were spot on. Quick replies to questions. I felt very comfortable from beginning to end (which only took about 6 weeks with Christmas and New Year's included). Wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend her or use her again. Well done.

Patty was super patient with me in this buying experience. The seller ( bank owner) was less than timely in making their decisions and moves. Patty was a real pro - taking time to talk and walk me through the process many times. In the end, I got the house I wanted at a price I was happy with.
